Rayon Vert Since 2017, Rayon Vert has been inspired by long-distance hiking and the ultralight movement, evolving from a group of curious hikers into a research-driven clothing brand.

Dissatisfied with existing gear, we began sewing our own backpacks, eventually sharing them with the world.

We stand for minimal environmental impact, promoting self-production and repair over mass production.

Our goal is to empower individuals to create, maintain, and extend their own gear—fostering awareness, sustainability, and a more conscious production cycle.

Fubar Pants

The Rayon Vert crew have been wearing these pants on their treks from the beginning, refining the fit and various elements to create an adaptable, abrasion-resistant style, that's minimalist and repairable. This version is constructed in a cotton rich ripstop produced by Majotech in Italy. They have slash hand pockets, and patch-on back pockets with a covering placket, which have been bar-tacked for extra strength in a contrast green thread. Darts at the knees give a more articulated fit. Finished with open hems, they come with shock cords, which can be added if required.
