Rayon Vert Since 2017, Rayon Vert has been inspired by long-distance hiking and the ultralight movement, evolving from a group of curious hikers into a research-driven clothing brand.

Dissatisfied with existing gear, we began sewing our own backpacks, eventually sharing them with the world.

We stand for minimal environmental impact, promoting self-production and repair over mass production.

Our goal is to empower individuals to create, maintain, and extend their own gear—fostering awareness, sustainability, and a more conscious production cycle.

Lahmacun Hat

Keeping the head and ears warm in cold weather is essential, as a significant amount of body heat is lost through the head. Proper insulation helps maintain overall body warmth and reduces the risk of cold-related health issues.
The Lahmacun Hat is ideal for extremely cold days or as a night cap when paired with a quilt. The cordlock strap keeps it secure in windy conditions or allows you to lift the ear covers when cooling down.

Its blend of wool and synthetic fibers effectively regulates temperature and perspiration: the polyester inner layer dries quickly, while the wool outer layer absorbs moisture vapor and releases it gradually, maintaining warmth and comfort.

The regenerated carded wool used in the Lahmacun Hat is produced through the traditional Tuscan textile process established in 1850 — a sustainable practice that remains relevant today.
The fabric is fully recycled and GRS-certified, produced through a 100% mechanical, chemical-free recycling process. Reclaimed garments from around the world are sorted by quality, color, and fiber content to create the regenerated fabric.

The Lahmacun Hat comes in two colors and one size.
